Les Trois Artes http://les3arts.free.fr/ is a small place in the 20th arrondisement. It sits upon a corner, seats maybe 20 people upstairs, and room for up to about 50 in the ‘cave’ downstairs. The cave is typical of these sorts of establishments, stone walls frame the arched openings, rickety chairs and cheap tables.
